About Us

Craig Ellis and Paul Mayes are the co-founders behind iKLIK, a Bradford-based digital agency renowned for its innovative web design and development solutions since 2009. Combining Craig’s creative direction with Paul’s technical expertise, they’ve established their company as a cornerstone of Yorkshire’s digital landscape through strategic collaborations with major brands and institutions.

Craig Ellis: Sales, Customer Service, Administration and Accounts

With over three decades’ experience across retail, direct sales and client relations, Craig Ellis brings a comprehensive skillset cultivated through senior roles in market-leading organisations. His career spans diverse sectors including food retail, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and web design, equipping him with the cross-industry insights that underpin iKlik’s customer-centric ethos.

Beginning in the 1990s, Craig honed his expertise in customer-facing environments through food retail management roles, where he developed a solid customer focused environment through training and implementation of key personnel.

Transitioning into consumer electronics in the late 90’s, this period reinforced his commitment to bridging product innovation with end-user needs—a philosophy that later shaped iKlik’s service model.

During the early 2000s, Craig moved into telecommunications, procuring & overseeing corporate accounts and devising retention strategies for a rapidly growing B2B company.

Concurrently, he cultivated expertise in digital client engagement through web design projects, focusing on user experience optimisation for SMEs. These parallel ventures highlighted systemic gaps in tailored, responsive business support services – a revelation that spurred the founding of iKlik in 2009.

iKlik distinguishes itself through proactive account management, with Craig personally overseeing client onboarding to ensure alignment with each organisation’s operational culture.

His career trajectory exemplifies how diversified commercial experience, when strategically harnessed, can redefine service excellence in competitive markets.
